Rubber Stamps

There are a number of different types of rubber stamp available, so hopefully the following explanations will help you decide which type will be suitable for your needs. We can supply stamps from well known manufacturers such as Trodat, Colop, MaxStamp, etc.

Stock Rubber Stamps

There is a set of off-the-shelf rubber stamps to suit everyday procedures. They have a fixed word or phrase and can often also print a date. Examples of these are for 'Copy', 'Checked', 'Approved', 'Paid', etc.

Trodat Automatic Numberer Stamp

These have 6 digits, 5.5mm, pre-inked in black with spare pads available in black and red. They have 8 automatic mode selections; repeat consequtives, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 12 times repeat. There is no facility for extra text.

Colop Dater and Numberer Stamps

Both types are available in 8 different character sizes; 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm. For the numberer stamps, there are 5 different bands available (number of digits); 4, 6, 8, 10, 12. They are made with plated steel frames and deep moulded bands with strong turning wheels for ease of use.

Customised Stamps

In addition to the stock rubber stamps in our catalogue we can provide you with a rubber stamp customised to your requirements. These rubber stamps are available in three types, the traditional rubber stamp for use with an ink stamp pad and the self inking or pre-inked rubber stamps that do not need a separate ink pad. All we need from you is a rough idea of your requirements, including any picture or logo. We will create a design for your customised rubber stamp and send you a proof for your inspection. Once the design and type of the rubber stamp is agreed we will supply the finished rubber stamp within a couple of days. You can choose your rubber stamps' ink colour from black, red, blue or green.

Traditional Rubber Stamps

This is bright and modern in appearance and of robust construction. The rubber stamp is indexed: you can see the impression your rubber stamp will make through the clear plastic cover on the upper surface of the mount. The die is manufactured via computer aided design and advanced technology. Its composition is of natural rubber giving the best possible ink transfer.

Maxum Self-Inking Stamps

This has proved to be one of the most popular self inking stamp. Manufactured from high impact plastic with the design providing a smooth transition from pad to paper. When the impression fades simply replace the rubber stamp ink pad. You can choose your rubber stamps' ink colour from black, red, blue or green.

Pre-Inking Perma Stamps

The ultimate pre-inked rubber stamp. The micro porous material contains sufficient ink to give thousands of impressions. Simply remove the protective cover and the rubber stamp is ready to print. When the impression fades, it can be refreshed with re-inking fluid. You can choose your rubber stamps' ink colour from black, red, blue or green.

Tube Checker Stamps

The Tube Checker is a rubber stamp housed in a neat cylindrical mount with the ink pad incorporated in the tube. Sizes available are 11mm and 15mm diameter. You can choose your rubber stamps' ink colour from black, red, blue or green.
